HOW GROUPS WORK
Each camp week is split into Groups of 18 campers.
Grades K–2 Groups A & B | Grades 3–6 Groups C & D |
Groups A and B are always Grades K–2. Groups C and D are always Grades 3–6.
PAYMENT PLANS & FINANCIAL AID
All families have the option to pay in three installments at checkout.
- A deposit of ⅓ of the program cost is required at registration time, followed by two predetermined installment dates.
- The final of these payments is due the Friday before your camp starts.
- If a date has passed, the system will add these installments to your deposit at time of registration.
Financial Aid Deadline
Thanksgiving Camp: October 27, 2026
Christmas + New Years : December 1, 2026
Financial Aid Applicants: Please select the "Pay in full" option. You will be given the option to pay in installments when you receive your financial aid offer.
EXTENDED CARE
Before-Care 8–9am | After-Care 3–6pm |
- Please make sure the extended care dates you choose match the dates of your camp(s).
- If you are enrolling in multiple holiday camps, you must add each week of extended care to your cart separately.
REFUND POLICY
Classes & Camps
You may request a refund up to FOUR (4) weeks before your class/camp start date in order to receive a tuition refund MINUS the $100 fee.
No refunds or tuition credit will be offered with less than FOUR (4) weeks prior notice.
