Rehearsal Dates: June 29 - July 17, 2025 

Rehearses: Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm

Mandatory Tech week: July 20-24, 9am-4pm

Performances: Thursday July 23, 6:30pm 

Friday, July 24, 6:30pm 

Saturday, July 25, 1pm & 6:30pm

Description

YouthStage Summer Productions have the fun and games of camp mixed with the performing experience of a YouthStage show. Actors will be cast in featured roles in a musical and rehearse with their ensemble as well as enjoy theater-themed workshops. The program will culminate on the Julia Morgan stage for a finale week that brings the sets, lights, live band, and costumes together into a thrilling production.

  • Attendance Requirements:  Students may miss up to 2 rehearsals with advance notification to the director. No conflicts will be accepted during tech rehearsals or performances.
  • All rehearsals will take place at the Julia Morgan Theater at 2640 College Ave. Berkeley, CA 94704, unless otherwise stated. 
  • Auditions for specific roles in the production will occur during the first few days of rehearsal. Actors will be cast in featured roles and rehearse with their ensemble as well as enjoy theatre themed workshops.
